Camera shots

there are a huge variety of shoots in the entertainment industry.


camera shot is the amount of space that is seen in one shot or frame. Camera shots are used to demonstrate different aspects of a film's setting, characters and themes. As a result, camera shots are very important in shaping meaning in a film.
establishing shot 

An establishing shot is usually the first shot of a new scene, designed to show the audience where the action is taking place. It is usually a very wide shot or extreme wideshot.


ariel shot


Aerial shot: A shot taken from a helicopter or a person on top of a building. Not necessarily a moving shot. The main source of light is behind the subject

point of view shot



point of view shot (also known as POV shot) is a short film scene that shows what a character  is looking at represented through the camera

high angle shot

high-angle shot is a cinematic technique where the camera looks down on the subject from a high angle

low angle shot


low-angle shot, is a shot from a camera angle positioned low anywhere below the eye line, looking up. 

canted angle shot


a canted angle shot is a type of camera shot where the camera is set at an angle on its roll axis so that the shot is composed with vertical lines at an angle to the side of the frame

movement : pan




Panning is a camera movement technique that involves moving the camera horizontally to the right or left. With this technique you can track an object or follow any type of movement.

Tilt pan shot




pantilt–zoom camera is a camera that is capable of remote directional and zoom control.

tracking shot




In motion picture terminology, the term tracking shot may refer to a shot in which the camera is mounted on a camera dolly, a wheeled platform that is pushed on rails while the picture is being taken. this is also known as a dolly shot.


Crane shot




In filmmaking and video production, a crane shot is a shot taken by a camera on a crane

Steadicam


a lightweight mounting for a film camera which keeps it steady for filming when handheld or moving.

misc - en - scene is the scenery and everything which can be envisioned in the shot.
